Happy Monday and Happy New Year!

The media often work on last-minute deadlines. I just got off the phone with the producer of The Sound of Ideas, our local National Public Radio station's daily current affairs call-in program, airing at 9AM US ET.

I will be in-studio for tomorrow's program on Workplace Dos and Don'ts. The plan is to cover a range of workplace culture topics, including:

  • Candor in the workplace ("Can I say that?")
  • Trust and communication
  • Discussing Pay in the workplace
  • Workplace environment, like cluttered workspace
  • ..and whatever shows up when listeners call into the show.  

It promises to be a lively discussion.

How to join:

  • If you are local to Northeast Ohio, I hope you can listen at 90.3 FM from 9-10 AM (feel free to call in!).
  • If you are elsewhere, you can livestream the show here: http://wcpn.ideastream.org/programs/live-wcpn during broadcast.
  • In addition, the show is archived approximately one hour after broadcast at this page. If the show is interesting, I will forward the link again in my next message. (If it's a bomb, you will never hear from me again, as I will change my name and move to a cave).
